Personal Training - The sports and personal training approach employed by Team85 staff is results driven. Our staff trains with the purpose of educating clients so they not only feel stronger, and perform better but, are also less likely to suffer injuries from improper exercise whereby improving overall health and well-being. Every person on training staff is put through a rigorous selection process to be certain to represent Team85’s ideals and principals. We select trainers who are passionate about their area of expertise and are determined to meet and exceed the goals of the athlete.
Our curriculum is based on training methods that are tailored to the clients needs and in the process, reduce the risk of future injuries. We emphasize physical education so every client will also be equipped mentally to incorporate what is learned at Team85 in their daily physical routine and lifestyle.
Indoor turf field - Team85 intends to offer every opportunity for people to engage in physical fitness and well-being. The 26,000 square foot, multi-sport, climate controlled, indoor turf field accomplishes this feat. There are an array of recreational uses in this facility including but not limited to soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, football, and baseball/softball. Members can also participate in free play or in various organized leagues offered year round for all ages.
Train like the Pros - Whether the participant enrolled in the Train like the Pros program is looking to receive top-notch conditioning or take their advanced skills to the next level, one can expect to be involved in sport-specific training techniques and methods practice by professional athletes.

Team Exercise - Team 85 Group exercise provides an alternative for individuals to take part in all the current trends in Aerobic, Pilates, Yoga, and Spin classes. Carefully designed to motivate and challenge, Group exercise classes are available for women and men of all ages and fitness levels.
