The Administrative Coordinator’s responsibilities include assisting with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of the Reception Staff, assisting in the oversight and administration of the Club Management Software, and maintaining a cooperative work environment that reflects Team85’s commitment to impeccable customer service.
The primary responsibilities are to greet incoming guests and members with a warm friendly greeting; member and guest registration; answer telephone and direct calls, program registration and address member’s general questions.
The Aquatic Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and operation of the Aquatic Center including maintenance of aquatics area, development and promotion of aquatics programs, scheduling of staff, personnel management, and various administrative tasks. Aquatics Coordinator must hold a CPO certification.
Primary responsibility is the safety of the members at all times. Other responsibilities include testing of the pool chemicals and insuring the safety and cleanliness of the pool areas on a daily basis. Aquatics staff must hold a current certification.
Field House Coordinator
Primary responsibilities include assisting with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and retaining the Field House Staff and assisting in the development and management of the Field House and associated programming such as camps, clinics, leagues and workshops.
Field House Coach
The Coaches will administer all Field House programs (recreation and/or sport specific). All disciplines of sporting activities will be reviewed.
The Fitness Director is responsible for the development, supervision and revenue growth of the Fitness and Personal Training Program(s). Other responsibilities include scheduling of staff, personnel management; assistance with program promotion and events/outreach coordination; various administrative tasks.
Sports Performance Trainer
Provides training programs to clients: from youth, student athletes, adults, elite/professionals, and teams. Duties also include program development, revenue and budgetary oversight, customer service, daily operations, and quality assurance. Must be able to deliver world-class performance training and service to clients. Must have a CSCS Certification.
The responsibilities include performing Fitness Assessments and instructing members on a personal level using up to date techniques and methods to ensure proper use of selectorized, free weights and cardiovascular equipment as well as other methods of exercise. Must be dedicated to customer service and developing a personal rapport with members. Personal Trainers are required to maintain current certification.
Group Exercise Coordinator
Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring and retaining Group Exercise Instructors and the development of personal rapport and motivation of members to participate in appropriate programs, services and ancillary departments through the facility.
Group Exercise Instructor
Group Exercise Instructors must provide clientele with the highest level of professionalism and dedication through instruction in appropriate techniques and methods to ensure safe and effective participation in intelligently-designed, dynamic group fitness classes and programming; all instructors are required to maintain current certification.
Team Kids Coordinator
The Team Kids Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and operation of the Team Kids Center including hiring, training and scheduling of staff; program design and promotion; plan and organize Birthday parties; personnel management; and various administrative tasks.
Team Kids Staff
Responsibilities include the supervision of children at all times, ensuring their well-being and safety, supervision of children in programs, and carrying out other duties related to the successful operation of the Team Kids Center as required by the Coordinator.
The Sales Director will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing and hiring the sales staff; for actively generating club revenue by developing and motivating the sales staff; and monitoring & analyzing sales; developing and implementing the corporate sales program.
Responsible for generating member sales through member leads within the surrounding area, contacts and relationship development. Sales staff performance will be measured by certain metrics and will have monthly sales and lead quotas.
Team Cafe Director
The Café Director is responsible for the recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of café staff; the successful operation of the café by establishing a profitable menu, monitoring and analyzing the café budget; personnel management. The Director serves as the lead customer service contact for members at the café, including welcoming members and answering questions.
Team Cafe Staff
Responsibilities include greeting customers; taking orders; preparation and food service; maintaining café cleanliness and providing great customer service.
Spa Staff are responsible for building a client base that contributes to the Team Salon’s revenue by performing spa services and working with exceptional customer service; maintaining a personal commitment to meeting the needs of all clients; and maintain a positive attitude at all times. Spa staff is required to maintain a current certification and/or license.
Salon Staff are responsible for building a client base that contributes to the Team Salon’s revenue by performing hair care services and working with exceptional customer service; maintaining a personal commitment to meeting the needs of all clients; and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the facility by preventative maintenance schedule; recording completed repairs; maintaining and repairing equipment; maintaining work areas and equipment use; and supervising maintenance/housekeeping staff.
