Group Exercise Coordinator
Responsibilities include the development and scheduling of classes, the development of personnel; and the motivation of members to participate in appropriate programs and ancillary services throughout the facility.
Group Exercise Instructor
Group Exercise Instructors must provide clientele with the highest level of professionalism and dedication to ensure the instruction of safe programming. All instructors are required to maintain current certification(s).
Salon Staff are responsible for building a client base that contributes to the Team Salon’s revenue by performing spa services and working with exceptional customer service; maintaining a personal commitment to meeting the needs of all clients; and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

Team Kids Staff
Responsibilities include the supervision and care of children utilizing the Team Kids Area; ensuring their well-being and safety and transporting children to and from programs.
Team Cafe Staff
Responsibilities include greeting customers; taking orders; making, preparing and serving food;
keeping café area clean, neat, and orderly; and providing great customer service.
Responsible for generating member sales through member leads within the surrounding area; contacts and relationship development.
Primary responsibility is the safety of members utilizing the Aquatic Center at all times. Aquatics staff must hold a current Lifeguard certification.
The Aquatic Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and operation of the Aquatic Center including maintenance of aquatics area and development and promotion of aquatics programs. Aquatics Coordinator must have a CPO certification.
Field House Coordinator
The responsibilities include assisting in the development and management of the Field House and Field House Staff; associated programming such as camps, clinics, leagues and workshops.
Field House Coach
The Coaches will administer all of our Field House programs (recreation and/or sport specific programs).
The Administrative Coordinator’s responsibilities include assisting in the management of the Reception Staff and Club Management Software, and maintaining a cooperative work environment that reflects the Team85 commitment to impeccable customer care.
The Reception staff primary responsibilities are to greet members and guests, register incoming members, and address member’s general questions.
The Fitness Director is responsible for the development, supervision and revenue growth of the Fitness and Personal Training Program(s).
The responsibilities include performing Fitness Assessments and instructing members on a personal level using current and safe techniques and methods of exercise. Personal Trainers must have a qualifying Personal Training Certification.
Sports Performance Trainer
Provides training programs to clients: from youth, student athletes, adults, elite/professionals, and teams. Duties also include program development, revenue and budgetary oversight, customer service, daily operations, and quality assurance. Must be able to deliver world-class performance training and service to clients. Must have a CSCS Certification.
Team Kids Coordinator
The Team Kids Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and operation of the Team Kids Center including maintaining staff; program design and promotion; plan and organize Birthday parties; personnel management; and various administrative tasks.
The Sales Director will be responsible for the recruiting, interviewing and hiring the sales staff; for actively generating club revenue by developing and motivating the sales staff; monitoring & analyzing sales; and developing and implementing the corporate sales program.
Team Cafe Director
The Café Director is responsible for the recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of the café staff; the successful operation of the café by establishing a seasonally inspired menu, monitoring and analyzing the café budget; personnel management.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of the facility by following schedule/checklist as closely as possible; recording the times that task are completed; maintaining and repairing equipment; cleaning up work areas and equipment used; and supervising maintenance staff.
